A Friendly Voice

Banking can be tricky, and trusting a bank can potentially be even harder. Making information easier to digest for customers and clients was a task I undertook for Barclays Partner Finance. The initial request was for an article demonstrating how to increase your customer base by offering 0% financing and creating case studies from success stories.

I suggested additional social media assets to promote the article, utilizing bite-sized statistics to grab the readers’ attention. These suggestions were well received by the client and were subsequently rolled out.
