The Face Behind the Message

MINI, client of Zone Digital, needed some Retailer support for their MINI Electric Insiders Limitless platform (a Facebook messenger Chat). The platform lets potential buyers speak with existing MINI Electric owners. The platform wasn’t seeing much engagement, this is where Zone came in.

My approach was to look at how to humanise the experience, make potential users feel more relaxed and know what the chat entails.

I researched into the app and discovered profiles for MINI owners on the MINI website. These were ideal for the personal approach, combined with a recreation of the message you receive when using the platform.

The Retailers were able to download the assets from an internal system, and amend editable copy.

The project felt original and was kept within scope!
The project went live in 2022.
