BMW Group enlisted Zone’s assistance to help Retailers boost the number of service-based downloads for the My BMW and MINI App. The project targeted customers who own a BMW or MINI and visit Retailer service centers for maintenance but have not yet downloaded the App.
The primary objective was to demonstrate the user-friendly nature of the App and highlight its advantageous features to incentivise BMW and MINI owners to install and utilise it.
Copy and visuals were developed that draw inspiration from gaming prize boxes and updates. Our focus was on illustrating how users can unlock various features.`
This approach engages users by using familiar gaming concepts
to enhance their experience.
